Blooming Tea 12

I've reached the last blooming tea in the box. Who knew that this would provide 6 months of entertainment? The last marble in the box was called love at first sight. I can't say that I'm seeing any love in the world lately, but whatever. The past wasn't better, and the future doesn't look like it will be either.
I think that this is supposed to be rose flavored. The package says green tea with rose flower. Maybe rose scented? I don't detect anything rose about this tea. It does have a couple of bright red flowers that pop out of it and look kind of like clover or raspberries.
I don't know that this one was so much of a floater as it just got stuck in the middle of the glass of water. I got a chopstick to shove it down and found that it needed a pretty good push just to get to the bottom of the glass.
I thought it was an arch design until I looked at the picture again. While both columns are supposed to be the same height, at first it looked to me like the arch had broken off center. I was also trying to figure out what those sorry looking flowers at the end were supposed to be. I thought they were supposed to be white, but they looked kind of dirty beige. Maybe it's from the glass? When I looked back at the picture I realized that those were the roses. I found them! While they were supposed to be bright pink, they ended up being vaguely pink, kind of misshapen, sorry looking flowers. Reality strikes again, and it sucks as usual.
Now that we are done with this, I do have a surprise coming up, but I have to find enough time and energy to get my scanner going. At least my frantic de-cluttering over the past year has unearthed something useful.

    1. Yeah, shit swamp is a very good descriptor of things right now. It just keeps getting bigger and deeper.
